My name is Elise Smoll, and I would like to take a moment to introduce myself and share a bit about my background and what drives me. I would describe myself as dependable, organized, and loyal. I have a deep passion for working with children because I believe in creating an environment that is both fun and safe, while always maintaining respect for each child's individuality. I am currently seeking a job that I truly enjoy and that allows me to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others. For many years, I have had the privilege of volunteering in my church's nursery since I was in middle school, where I’ve worked with children ranging from 6 months to 6th grade. This experience has helped me build strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the needs of children at different developmental stages.
