We communicated several times with Kayla, and had her lined up to meet with us and watch our 6 year old daughter from 6pm-12am for a concert that my husband surprised me for for my birthday, which would be in Tampa (a little over 1 hour drive). Kayla completely and totally ghosted us, and didn’t even reach out to say anything about not being able to make it.. she just didn’t show up. This stressed us out and really upset us, as we had concert tickets and genuinely thought we would miss the show (not to mention the tickets were $500). We recently moved from Michigan to Sarasota, so our network is rather limited. Thankfully, a good friend of ours was able to come watch our daughter for us so we could go to the concert. We have never had this happen to us before, and really wanted to be understanding in case there was an emergency situation or unforeseen circumstances for why she couldn’t communicate with us about her inability to make it to our home that evening. Very disappointing and shocking honestly. Still haven’t heard a word in almost a week.

Kayla has been wonderful for us. She is great with our 5 children. (Ages 18months-11 years old) Watching 5 kids at once is not always a easy task. But she does it well! She plays with the children and takes good care of them. She is a very responsible young lady. Feel blessed to have her in our life.
