Tin helped watch our 3 kids (3yo, 1yo, and newborn) for a couple of months. We took a while interviewing nannies and was excited for a long-term relationship, but I decided to stay home with the kids for a while. Otherwise, we would have kept her for the long haul! The kids took to her well, she was flexible, joyful, and efficient. She’s a great nanny and truly cares about the kids. She’s punctual and reliable, with great experience. The other families I spoke to prior also had really great things to say about her!
