Hello! My name is Michelle. :) I am 26 years old. I am currently a nanny, I take care of two kiddos who are now 3 years old. I started caring for them when they were 15 months. Prior to being a nanny, I worked at a daycare/preschool and have been working with children since I was 15. I am fun, energetic (I can keep up with the kiddos. As exhausting as it can be, I enjoy it.) Some of my favorite things to do with the kids include; arts & crafts, solving puzzles, playing with a ball outside/ taking walks, and having dance parties to The Wiggles! Michelle is great with our daughters but unfortunately the reliability issue prevents us from relying on her. We understand cancellations happen but we have had a lot of last minute cancellations (one due to a family emergency) and it is really hard to find another sitter in those circumstances. The most recent one sounds like she knew it was possible she had a conflict but said yes anyways. A lot of these things have been planned for a long time and it is disappointing if we have to miss something. Also, we do not expect anyone to clean the house but everything is always dirty from the mealtime (eg dishes just thrown into the sink, chair has food all over it and under it) and the majority of time she is with the kids for about a quarter of the time we are out. If she is able to work on the reliability issue, she would be a great babysitter for someone.
