Greetings, I'm not your average sitter. As an Early Educator, I have many years’ experience working collaboratively with children and their families in home and educational settings. I have an arsenal of games and activities at my disposal. If you have baking soda, vinegar, food coloring, an eyedropper or spray bottle, and a baking sheet in your pantry; fizzing colors can be made. Not only do children find this fun, but it can also be used as a lesson on color mixing( shh.. don't tell the kids they're learning). I believe in a caring cooperative environment, that promotes cultural values and supports positive relationships and respectful interactions with children and families. I believe that it is through play and exploration that children learn best, and I strive to be responsive to the interests and needs of children to create meaningful learning experiences. When this is done, in a nurturing and Read more consistent environment, whether at home or in an educational setting, children flourish. If you're looking for a sitter who is mature, dependable, patient, and strives to make both you and your child(ren) feel safe and comfortable when you are gone; I'm the sitter for you.
