Hello, I’m Dayana! I’m a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a deep passion for providing compassionate, hands-on care. I earned my CNA certification at the age of 19, and since then, I’ve worked in various healthcare settings where I’ve had the privilege of assisting individuals with their daily needs, ensuring they feel comfortable, respected, and well cared for. I truly believe in treating everyone like family, and I bring that same level of care and empathy to my work as a sitter. Currently, I’m pursuing my dream of becoming a nurse while balancing life as a mom. I have two wonderful boys who were born just nine months apart—let’s just say it was a whirlwind! While it was one of the busiest and most challenging times in my life, it also taught me invaluable lessons in patience, multitasking, and caring for others. I find so much joy in helping children grow and learn while creating a safe, fun, and positive environment for them. Whether it’s assisting with homework, preparing meals, or simply playing games, I’m committed to ensuring that each child I care for feels valued, secure, and happy. As a CNA, I’m trained to assist with daily living activities, and provide emotional support to those in my care. My experience has taught me the importance of being observant, patient, and proactive in addressing the needs of others—skills that I apply when babysitting or providing childcare. I understand the importance of creating an environment where children feel both safe and engaged, and I aim to provide each child with the same level of care and attention that I would want for my own.
