I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy caring for kids and being a positive influence in their lives. I love creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where they feel seen, heard, and loved. Whether it’s playing games, helping with homework, or simply listening to their stories, I find so much purpose in being there for them. I’ve worked as a teacher at my church, where I cared for and taught young children during Sunday services. That experience gave me the opportunity to not only teach biblical lessons in fun and age-appropriate ways but also to build strong relationships with each child and their families. I’ve been responsible for supervising playtime, organizing crafts, leading story time, and helping them navigate emotions with kindness and patience. I also help care for my beautiful best friend’s one-year-old son, who is like family to me. Spending time with him regularly has Read more given me even more hands-on experience with infants and toddlers—from feeding and diaper changes to playtime, naptime, and everything in between. Through my experience at church and caring for children in other settings, I’ve developed strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to multitask while staying calm under pressure. I’m also great at creating structured yet engaging routines, setting healthy boundaries, and handling unexpected situations with care. I have training in basic first aid and CPR, and I’m always willing to learn more to better serve the families I work with. Most importantly, I lead with compassion, consistency, and a heart for making every child feel safe and loved. I am also fluent in spanish and english!
