Vanya was our nanny for about a year - she started when our son was around 6 months old and she became one of his favorite people ever. The smile on his face when she would walk through the door was enough to know we made the right decision. Vanya always showed up on time, was kind and loving to our son, very responsive to feedback and entertained our son everyday with no screen time. They would go on walks, play with toys, read books, go to story time at the library, and even just sit around snuggling. She helped us in our transition to solids and also helped us establish nap time routines. Vanya is absolutely a wonderful person to have watching your kids.

Vania took excellent care of my newborn until 2 years old. She also assisted with my 5 year old tornado daughter. I cannot say enough how well of a job she did, from feeding to changing and all the other nuances that come song with this job. It is hard to trust someone that is unknown but our experience with her was one of the best. She is extremely punctual as well, which is important if you depend on it for your own job. We even witnessed a rare event when we were out and a child was choking. Vania saved this little girls life in front of us. She is an amazing person and has become part of our family.
