The best Nanny ever. Martha took care of our kids for a few months. It's been a while since she's been with us and my oldest still talks about Martha and misses her so much. Martha is great with kids, is very patient, loving and puntual. She holds a very special place in our family. So grateful for her always.

Martha was working for me for a few months before she called out the day before my husbands birthday due to a "medical emergency". At first I gave her the benefit of the doubt but quickly realized her story did not add up. First she told me she would come back but refused to give me a timeframe as to when. When I tried calling her, the phone rang as if she was out of the country and she would not answer. When I would text her she would only respond via whatsapp. She always had an excuse as to why she couldn't answer. After keeping me in limbo for weeks she told me she was retiring. Any time I come on this site to find a nanny, she pops up and it shows she has been online actively looking for another job. Many lies with her and at the end of the day she left me stranded with no childcare when she knew I had just started a new job. I do not recommend.

I would NOT recommend This lady as a nanny, she walked out on her second day of work without any logical reason or real explanation given and after she mentioned the day prior that she was happy at the job and she loved it. This was the second time I gave her a job opportunity since the first time she cancelled a day before starting. Really unprofessional, unpredictable and unreliable. I would not recommend, It seems like there is something wrong when having to follow instructions and adapt to how things are done in each home.
