I live in Wesley Chapel and am a new empty nester currently on sabbatical from an executive career. My daughter is attending college out of state and I’m looking to help a local family on a part-time basis. I’m available in the afternoons/evenings and can make some weekends work. I have raised a wonderful independent student athlete who I am very proud of and although those were not paid yrs of child care, they certainly qualify. In my younger years, I babysat all through jr and high school nights & weekends in South Tampa. I was a camp counselor for 4 summers for the 3-4 yr olds. I became exclusive to one family around 15yrs old until I was 20 for 2 girls (3 & 7) and am still close with them as adults and moms themselves today. I was a live-in nanny for 2 young boys (9 mo. & Read more 3yr) my freshman yr in college. I have had my CPR certification many times throughout the years for infants and adults. I am currently deciding if I will return to corporate employment or instead fill my time with a more rewarding position in child care for a local family. Until then I will apply for part time sitting, nanny and related errand positions. I don’t mind pets, I grew up with large dogs and have always had kitties.
