Hello to all the parents or parent looking for a sitter/pet sitter for your family! My name is Jacobed but my name can be a bit hard to pronounce so Jackie is what I also go by:) Just to share a little bit about me is that I am 26, American born but ethically Ethiopian, a pet lover, occasional gamer, reader, and I love to cook :) I recently just graduated with my MA in Politics from Europe. I also received another MA in Media Communications from IU back in 2022. I’m already set for a position after the summer in another country. However, I would like to do something I love in the meantime which is babysitting! Throughout my life, I have always been a babysitter. Being raised in a household with only three boys as well as being a part of a culture that prioritise family; raising/watching kids Read more has always been a part of my life. I’ve learned to clean, cook, communicate efficiently and take care of children at different ages and stages. I officially started getting paid for babysitting in 2014. I can offer anything that you might need help with including cleaning the house, grocery shopping, running errands, picking/dropping off ; whatever to make your family’s life easier. I do have my own car and I’m willing to travel far if needed. My skills include diaper changing, meal prepping, watching pets, cleaning, laundry, activities with kids etc. I do try to be more personal and engaging with the children just because of my personality. Such as playing games with them, pushing them to improve their own skills and such. However, I understand if you just want it to be simple and straightforward.
