Hi there! I'm Diella, a third-year Elementary Education major with a deep passion for working with children. My journey with childcare started early on; I've been involved since I was 8 years old, helping care for my now 12-year-old sister and playing a significant role in her upbringing. In high school, I had the rewarding experience of working with special needs children, which further fueled my dedication to childcare. Since my freshman year of college, I've been actively engaged with elementary-aged students, finding joy in watching them learn and grow. I believe in creating a nurturing environment where children can flourish.
