A Typical Day with Us: Morning Routine: We start our day around 7 AM with breakfast, followed by a fun activity like dancing, exercise, or mindfulness practices such as meditation or alphabet yoga. Outdoor Play: Weather permitting, we head to the playground within our gated community for fresh air and movement.
