Hello, I'm a current student at Colorado College, and during the summers I work at a summer camp that runs naturalist programs for youth aged 5 through 13. I have mentored and cared for kids in both day and overnight settings, at camp and also as a sitter. My sitting experience began when I was 14. I love playing with kids, reading to them, finding ways to have new adventures (even if it's just building a fort in the living room!) and I hold them well in moments of missing parents or just being upset. My favorite age is probably toddler through ten year old, but I work well with young teens too. I'm less familiar with infants. I'm first aid certified and have extensive experience with animals, including dogs, cats, sheep, goats, horses and chickens. I grew up on a farm for half my childhood.
