I am a freshman at FGCU majoring in Pre-Nursing in hopes to become a pediatric nurse. I am passionate about working with children and their curious minds. I started babysitting when I was 13. My freshman year of high school I earned my 45 hour DCF certification to work in daycare facilities. I began teaching children ages 3-5 at the preschool program in my high school for 3 years. I worked at Zion Childcare Center for a year caring for children ages 18 months to 11 years old. I have been working at OakHaven Montessori School for over a year now with children ages 15 months to 5 years old with a focus on children under 3. I am BLS certified and hold my nurse assistant license.
