I love children of all ages and have been working throughout LA and the South Bay as a substitute teacher while I work on getting my TK teaching credential. In my free time I am taking online Early Childhood Education classes at UCLA. I have been working with children since I was a teenager. I graduated from UCSB in developmental psychology and have years of experience as a babysitter my whole life as a teen. I was a nanny/tutor through college for a boy with learning disabilities, then I worked as a live-in au pair for two infants after college, and now I am a teacher and mother to an adorable 4 year old who attends Montessori preschool. I also teach cooking and nutrition classes for an afterschool enrichment program for children of all grades. I am a caregiver at heart, I love children, arts and crafts, nurturing, pets, baking, Read more yoga, and keeping a tidy, organized and loving home. I drive an Audi EV SUV and have a car seat available.

Laura was a wonderful babysitter who put my wife and I at ease leaving our baby for the first time. She was prompt in her arrival and super communicative throughout the entire evening. We highly recommend Laura for any opportunities and look forward to booking her in the future!
