Hey, parents! My name is Georgia, and I am a child and family social worker. I worked as a nanny for seven years while in school, and have missed it so much since starting my career. Most of my nanny experience was with newborns and toddlers, but I made an unexpected jump to elementary-aged kiddos for my most recent nanny job - and LOVED it! They had a history of trauma and showed some behavioral concerns, and it was so fulfilling for me to use my expertise to implement lasting changes in their family. I still get to hang out with them for a weekend every so often :). I am looking for a part-time nanny job during after-school/daycare hours (and potentially before school), and I am so excited to get back into childcare! I am available to start in January 2025. I can handle lots of little ones and Read more all the chaos that comes with it - truly nothing overwhelms me! I’m well versed in child development and parenting, exceptionally organized, patient, and reliable. I’m happy to drive kids to and from school, activities, appointments, etc., and while my consistent schedule would ideally be in the late afternoon/evening time, I can absolutely help out with those midday doctor appointments too when I know in advance! I’m great at providing kids with the structure and routine they need, but definitely know how to have fun too! It is important to me to work as a team with parents and integrate well into the family. Thanks so much for your interest!
