I've worked in childcare for about 7 years now, gaining experience as a private in-home nanny, a daycare employee, and regular babysitting gigs. I've worked with children of all ages, caring for kiddos who were as young as 3 months and as old as 13 years. Additionally, I have a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, which gives me a deeper understanding of child development and how to foster independence, confidence, and curiosity in a way that feels natural to them.
