Susanna has been a wonderful caregiver for our son, providing a nurturing and safe environment at her home day care. We worked with Susanna from Sept 2022 to Dec 2023, from the time our son was 3 months until 15 months. Susanna has shown genuine care and attention to our little one. Her commitment to creating a stimulating and loving atmosphere has played a significant role in our son's early development. We appreciate her patience, communication, and the personal touch she adds to her care. We are grateful for Susanna's positive impact on our child's early years.

We were Susanna's first at-home daycare family! She took care of our son from August 2021 to February 2022 and we parted ways amicably due to lifestyle changes. During our search for childcare, we didn't feel ready for public daycare and we didn't connect with any caregivers we had already spoken to. Upon reaching out to Susanna, she was immediately accommodating, understanding, empathetic, and respectful. Making the change from maternity leave to daycare is a huge adjustment and a giant leap of faith - she made the transition easier than we could have hoped for and we are forever grateful! Her home is always extremely clean and has every toy/bouncer/seat/walker/etc. you could want, but it isn't sensory overload either. She is thoughtful with her activities and her environment, and is extremely receptive to direction and feedback. Her contract and policies are extremely fair, and are comparable (often more forgiving) to what you'll encounter at a public daycare. Her communication is clear, frequent, and transparent. The most valuable argument for choosing Susanna's daycare is her level of care. She will emulate your at-home routine to the best of her ability, and our son's smile upon seeing her each morning was a wash of relief. We had zero concerns in leaving him under her care - diaper changes were often and thorough, clothes were clean or changed, no unexplained injuries/bruises (or any explained either, for that matter), feeding schedule was meticulously maintained, and she went above and beyond with a difficult napper. Endless thank you's to her!!

Susanna has been working with our family since Summer 2016. In that time, she has taken care of my three children (who currently range from ages 7 to 14), overseeing their after-school schedules, carpools, and activities. Susanna also functions as a personal assistant to me (and my family), as she has taken on organizational projects (both large and small) to make our household run smoother. Susanna schedules service appointments for our home and cars, runs errands, manages the inventory of our supplies and groceries, and manages all shopping for our busy family. She is incredibly professional, punctual, detail-oriented, and always has our family's best interests at heart. We feel lucky to have her in our family's life.

I had the pleasure to see Susanna as a child care provider for a large family each week. She is an attentive caregiver who shows genuine love and affection for the families she is with.

Susie has been our nanny since September. When she started working for us my twin boys were 7-months-old and my daughter was 2. Needless to say, our house was a busy and often overwhelming place. Susie has brought a sense of calm to our house that I didn't know was possible. She is amazing with our children, helps out tremendously around the house, is organized, and reliable. The strongest endorsement I can give is that she has been with us for 6 months, and it already feels like she is a part of our family. My children's eyes light up when she arrives each day.
