Hi, I’m a loving, peaceful caregiver and mother of two (now 15 and 19). I’m currently seeking part-time nanny or sitting work, ideally with babies or toddlers, and very open to families navigating special needs. I’m a creative business owner and working artist, looking to fill in the gaps. I am mostly available during daytime hours (sometimes needing to attend to my own high schooler). I have some flexibility with nights/weekends. For 17 years, I was a stay-at-home mom, homeschooling for 8 of those years and creating a peaceful, low-stress home rooted in gentle parenting. I absolutely love being a mother, and it was a privilege to be home with them so much. My wonderful teens are my evidence! I bring nearly two decades of hands-on parenting experience, having raised two premature children with complex medical and developmental needs. I’m CPR and first aid certified, familiar with complex care routines like medication schedules and dietary restrictions, and I am calm, grounded and don’t flinch at chaos or big feelings.
