I am a full time stay at home parent of two young children. I received my degree in elementary education from JMU and taught for 4 years in grades 4 and 5. While earning my degree I worked at various after school programs and prior to that I babysat. Currently I assist at my children's preschool during their kindergarten prep program. I am seeking a little extra income in the form of caring for children, and job which I truly love. I follow respectful parenting and am currently learning more about conscious discipline. I'm a believer in Montessori principles of respect for the child and following their natural developmental stages. I am CPR/First Aid certified.
