Hey there! My name is Gianna and I live in West Olympia. I'm from NorCal & recently moved to WA. I'm 27 years old and have been working with kids for about 12 years now. I'm going to include my bio below, but please feel free to ask me any questions or share more about what you guys are looking for. :) As for working hours I'm typically available in afternoons and evenings but can also do occasional overnights &/or weekends starting earlier if needed. I've worked as a teacher in school settings, babysitter, nanny, private tutor, youth dance instructor, and also a pet (and plant!) sitter. One of my favorite jobs was being an arts & sciences exploratory instructor for elementary school kids from 2019-2020. I have a history of knowing how to enter a room and be a source of positive energy for those who need care. My priority is making sure that I'm providing the care you're looking for and making sure that your kids, home, and/ or pets are in the best hands. This world can be a chaotic place, so it's always my pleasure to bring help and peace of mind. I am highly empathetic and sensitive to the needs of others. I respect all people, all backgrounds and circumstances etc. - I believe in honoring all beings with love and compassion, period. I'm also equipped at working with kids who are neurodivergent (ex: ADHD, sensory processing concerns, dyslexia, etc.), as I have lived experience in this department, so it's helped me become excellent at communication and aid to others on the spectrum who relate. I'm fortunate to have never lost that sense of wonder and imagination from childhood, so I'm great at keeping kids entertained and engaged for hours on end. I'm good at making up games on the spot, and even throwing in some educational aspects of it. I believe in making learning fun, but of course safe as well. I'm good at conflict resolving if things arise, and am proud to say I'm a reliable communicator.
