I have worked for the past 7 years in preschools and a daycare setting as well. I spent four years working through LISD in special education prek classrooms while taking classes at JCC. I then got a job at a home daycare and also got married and had my son, who turns 2 in January. Being a mommy myself now, I am valuing more individual care for children. I love one on one interaction with kids and that can be hard to do in a daycare setting sometimes. I have childcare for my son (grandma!) But would love if he could come with me sometimes for socialization but it isn't a deal breaker if he can't come. I will have my cpr and first aid renewed in January and I do have a background check cleared through my current job working in a district.
