I'm a proud mother of one biological child and three stepchildren. I recently relocated and I'm interested in pursuing what I have a passion for which is caring for children. I absolutely love children and have worked with/ interacted with children since I was a teenager. I began working at KinderCare Learning Center at the age of 18. During that time I cared for children ranging from ages 6 weeks-12 years of age. After my employment at KinderCare ended I continued my passion at a family owned daycare facility called Kidville-Kovar Child Development Center for 2 years where I cared for children ranging from ages 6 weeks to 12 years but mainly with toddlers. During this time I also accepted a part-time job working in a residential living facility working with young adults with mental disorders and developmental delays. I continued this job until the owners decided to close the Read more facility. I was later offered a position at another daycare as a teacher's assistant and administrative assistant where I had the honor of working in the classrooms with children and also working with the office staff. While doing this I also cared for children in my home during my free time. I love working with children and seeing them grow and develop their own little unique personalities.

Tiona was such a help to us and our family when our normal nanny couldn't make it. She was so professional and the kids loved her! She was wonderful. She was on time, lots of good communication, let me know when she was headed our way, and was flexible. We would definitely have Tiona watch our kids again.
