Medina (Dee) has been our overnight baby nurse for over a month now and my husband and I could not be happier with the experience we've had. Dee is the most knowledgeable, nurturing, authentic caregiver I've worked with to date. I have felt so at ease knowing just how extensive her experience with newborns (and just children in general) is. She has taught us so much already about easing our baby's fussiness, newborn routines, and now sleep training which is a really important thing for us. On top of that, the genuine love and adoration she shows my baby is so wonderful and rare. Dee goes so above and beyond - she texts me every day to ask how how the baby is doing and even though this is my second child, I find myself asking her tons of baby-related questions nearly every day because I genuinely trust her advice and opinions. I was nervous to work with another baby nurse due to a not-so-great experience with someone with my first baby. But Dee is truly one of a kind and now I'm not sure how we will live without her!! She totally respects my role as the mother, is never pushy but always offers guidance, and is just a "real" and warm person in every respect. As a mother herself, she just gets it. I could go on and on about how fantastic Dee is, and I'd recommend her a thousand times over to any parent who is looking for an incredible newborn/baby caregiver and specialist.
