Hi! I’m Taryn-a genuine, enthusiastic, and loving 27 year young girl. I love working with kids because they see the world in a magical way. I learn from them every day. I love being around them and watching them grow. I am a relocating nanny looking for a full-time position. I am seasonal, but will be here 8 months out of the year- March 1 through October 31. I started working with kids when I was in high school. I was an occasional babysitter for toddlers and continued to do that throughout college and after that. I was a part-time nanny for a family for about 5 years. Even when I went overseas for a couple seasons, I continued to nanny for my family in the summers. In my spare time, I like to do art and work on my mental heath blog. I also am a certified Yoga and Read more Meditation Instructor so I practice both of those almost daily. I have a boyfriend and a senior dog that I also love spending time with. My skills include patience, creativity, and communication. My degree is in Neuroscience and Psychology. I also took classes in kids yoga and meditation when I got my certificate, so the combination allows me to understand a lot and stay present and communicate well and effectively with other people, especially kids. I am extremely passionate about children and their development, so I also study the Montessori Method independently so that I can integrate this type of lifestyle into my position as a nanny. I am CPR/First Aid certified. I am very active, so it is very important to me that I have the ability to take the kids outside and explore different places.
