America is a fantastic nanny for both my girls for almost 15 months. She is responsible, caring, honest, communicative and on-time throughout her employment with me. She is also open minded in receiving feedback and guidance on how I would like my baby to be cared for, yet still offering her advice based on her experience when watching the development of my baby. And her daughter is a sweetheart, loving, obedient and caring!
