I have always loved being around children. In my younger years, I taught gymnastics to preschool-aged children while I was in high school and during my first year of college. I also babysat frequently for neighborhood families. For eleven months, I was a nanny in Parker for two precious little girls who were 6 months and two years old at the time I started with them. We moved to Monument in November of 2019, so I started a new nanny position with a wonderful family in the area for ten months before they moved out of state. When I began working with them, their little boy was two years old, then they had a newborn shortly after. I am child/infant CPR certified, and my husband and I have raised three amazing sons: ages twenty-seven, twenty-two, and nineteen. I homeschooled my son's part-time, so I would love to incorporate fun with Read more learning or help with homework while being a nanny. For seven years, I was a junior high leader at our church and hosted and facilitated Junior high girls' small groups. I attended weekend camps and week-long mission trips with them. I loved having a part in speaking positively into their lives, building relationships with them, and walking alongside their parents. As a nanny, I would show the same dedication and enthusiasm with walking alongside of you, working as a team with you as you raise your children. Professionally, I have owned my own business as a massage therapist for over twenty-four years. I dissolved my business when we moved to Monument and began working very part-time as a massage therapist in the area, but just recently decided to finally retire.
