My name is Shantell Hughes. I am a happily-married, mother of four, grandma of two and a DCF licensed home child care provider. I have been a licensed Provider with the Dept. of Children and Families for over 28 years and have complied with all the requirements set forth by the State of Florida. I take my business seriously and strive to set the standard in home day care. I have completed over 350 hours in Early Childhood Education training. I Read more am also offering drop-in child care during the day to those who have doctor's appointments, want to attend an older child's field trip or class event, need a day at the spa, or your regular provider is not available and you would feel more comfortable with a licensed provider. I am also available most Friday and Saturday nights for those with business dinners or who simply need a night out on the town. Child care is provided in MY non-smoking, clean, beautiful home. I have a 500 sq. ft. playroom and large fenced outside play area (see pics) equipped with more than enough toys and equipment. I have two Pack-n-Plays for the little ones and mats and blankets for the older tots if you need late hours.
