We interviewed Raelyn on zoom and had a great experience, we spoke about her rate, and from there set date to have her come do an in person interview and meet our kids, which was going to be paid based on the agreed upon rate. We confirmed with her the the day of the the interview and she confirmed she was good to come. She never came for the interview and did not reach out to explain. We reached out a few times after with a few texts. She was shown as logging into the site but still never reached back out to share why she wasn't able to come. We invested time getting to know her, we really were excited to meet her, talked to our kids about her coming that day, gave her our address and felt like it was out of character based on her interest in the job. I wish her luck but would like others to know.
