My name is Allison Russo. I am a law student at Western New England University. I have been babysitting for others since I was an early teen. I also have younger siblings that I was often left in charge of often. I also have two nephews and a niece that I care for when I'm back home. I believe I bring an energetic and caring personality when babysitting children. I enjoy learning about kids' likes and dislikes, trying to find commonalities, even with young children. I also enjoy finding activities that can be done with all ages! I also have experience caring for infants in a familial and non-familial capacity. I can cook well and am willing to do meal prepping for next day lunches, etc. I would also being willing to prepare and serve dinners to the child(ren). Being a student, I would be looking for flexible sitting mostly on the weekends. Based on my current semester schedule, I can work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings (5pm and on) during the week. I will do light laundry during my time watching the children so long as it will not take away from watching them. I will do errands only if the parent is either present to watch the child or is comfortable with me driving the children around. I do not mind shopping with children. I also would need the amount of money or a card to purchase anything or immediate reimbursement when the sitting session ends in addition to payment. I was First-Aid/CPR/AED certified in May of 2022 for infants, children and adults. I also have Mental-Health First-Aid training, which is learning to assist with people who are struggling with mental health crises.
