Hello! My name is Brittlyn (She/Hers). I am very passionate about supporting young children and their families through my advocacy, curiosity, and softness. My friends and coworkers would describe me as joyful and understanding. The little ones and families that I have been blessed to grow alongside, would also share that they find comfort in my playfulness and compassion. My current role: I am an Early Intervention Service Coordinator, where I have the honor of partnering with families and therapists to support their little one as they navigate their early years. I also have combined experience as a special education para, summer camp counselor, nanny (2+ years), and preschool teacher (3+ years). Caregiving style: I bring curiosity, compassion, and playful care that is unique to every child and their needs. I prioritize emotional safety and offer myself as a partner in children's development, where I learn alongside them instead of Read more directing them. I love spending time outdoors, exploring environments in open-ended ways, and fueling your child's interests. Looking for: The opportunity to bring care, growth, and laughter to you and your family for 6-8 hours a week. This can look like spending time with your child, doing light house work, or running errands for your family. My current availability: I work remotely, with some flexibility in my schedule. I am not able to care for more than 4 hour blocks that fall within the work day (8-5pm).
