Hello families! I’m Nick and I’m 19. As a dedicated childcare provider, I am passionate about creating a safe, exciting, and educational environment for your children. While my professional experience is still developing, I gained valuable childcare skills during my teen years caring for toddlers to pre-teens. I’ve been able to take on more responsibility this past year and I’ve been working on expanding my professional experience. I have honed my skills in child development, communication, and problem-solving. I hold certifications in CPR and First Aid, ensuring I can handle any situation with confidence. As a passionate learner, I am continuously seeking new opportunities to educate myself on the best practices in childcare. I prioritize nurturing emotional recognition and regulation skills while engaging kids in enriching activities that foster their physical, emotional, and cognitive development. Through imaginative play sessions, assisting with homework, or establishing routines, I aim to cultivate positive Read more relationships built on trust and open communication with both children and parents. My commitment to gentle parenting methods ensures that each child feels valued and understood, empowering them to navigate their emotions with confidence and resilience. I create a supportive environment where children can thrive emotionally and intellectually. I’m excited for the opportunity to grow and connect with your family. Please don’t hesitate to reach out and schedule an interview, I look forward to hearing from you! Other Info: I’m fully up to date on all my vaccines but missing my most recent Covid 19 booster. I’m willing to wear a mask if requested. English homework is my strong suit but I’m able to help with math, science, and any other subject. I have my own car and a license.

We were so lucky to have the opportunity to hire Nick for our babysitting needs. He is reliable, communicative, flexible, trustworthy, and overall just an awesome sitter! Our 5 year old son was facing some challenges at school and home, learning how to deal with the big emotions. Over the last year that Nick has been with us, his patience, leadership, and support has helped tremendously with our son’s behavior. He is creative, experienced, perceptive, and nurturing. I have even received compliments from our neighbors in regards to how respectful he is of the neighborhood and how attentive he is to our son when they are playing outside. We highly recommend Nick and we are so thankful that he has become a part of our family.
