First and foremost, I am a mom to 5 kids. I've worked with Greenville County Schools for 7 years. Four years as a food service operator. I currently work as a special education teaching assistant. I'm interested in working part time, as a sitter, over the summer. My experience includes supporting students with special needs by providing individualized and small group instruction, assisting in classroom management, and maintaining individualized behavior intervention plans. Ensuring safety and facilitating social interactions during recess, lunch, and field trips. I demonstrate strong communication skills by collaborating with teachers and administrators to track student progress and address behavioral and academic concerns. Assisting with personal care tasks, such as toileting and feeding, promoting independence and hygiene. As someone who works with children, I will be obtaining CPR/first aid certification. I love working with kids and helping them learn. Thankful for the opportunity!
