Back in 2017, I dove headfirst into the world of childcare, initially lured in by the lively chaos of daycare life. As I got deeper into it, though, I found this deep-seated love for nurturing little ones' minds. That led me to hop on the education train and head to Medgar Evers College in Brooklyn for a more formal learning experience in childhood education. For about 3.5 years, I juggled all sorts of roles in daycares, from leading the pack to being the trusty assistant, tending to kiddos aged anywhere from 6 months to 5 years old. Then, I spread my wings into afterschool care, hanging out with the older crew, ages 5 to 13, for another fun-filled year. On top of all that, I've been moonlighting for some personal families, giving them a hand when they need it. These day-to-day interactions with the little ones?
