I have had one dog since I was 12 years old and I adore him. I was responsible for taking him to puppy training and obedience training. He is well trained and I am a big advocate for proper training of pets. I love dogs and I understand them very well. I also am comfortable around cats as I have lived with several. I adore cats, but not nearly to the extent I do dogs. In addition I have experience taking care of horses and I rode as a child. I wouldn't say I am 100% comfortable with taking care of horses, but it is something I have done.
