I will take care of a property while its owners are away. I will keep the house secure, provide light housework and maintenance, watering indoor plants, setting up alarm systems, paying bills, and taking incoming phone calls.

Here are some, not all of my responsibilities:
Responsible for assuring the house is secure while owners are out of state for the winter.
Provided snow removal services and drive the car once a week to assure proper functioning.
Responsible for care and management of home and animals.
Cared for Alpine dairy goats, conducted milk testing once a month, milked goats, trimmed feet, cleaned milk station and barn.
Cleaned stalls, exercised, bathed and groomed horses.
Assisted ownership in care of injured horses that were in rehab from veterinary clinics.
Maintained cleanliness of home for real-estate purposes Vacuuming & dusting home.
