I’ve been in Spokane since August 2018, after working over two years in the Seattle area for a professional pet services company. I started with the company as a dog walker/pet sitter and ended up managing all of our home care services in Washington and California, before finally moving to a role out of the corporate office.
I have completed the Pet CPR & First Aid course through CPR Seattle twice, the Dog Trainer Foundations Course through the Karen Pryor Academy, and the Knowing Dogs 101 and 102 courses through the Dog Gurus. The Knowing Dogs courses focus on breed traits, dog body language and behavior, and group play. All of these methods are through positive reinforcement training.
In addition to my professional work experience in the pet care field, I have fostered many dogs for a Seattle area rescue, and have a dog and cat of my own! Cooper (my lab mix) and Chloe (my cat) are loving our new life here in Spokane and I am excited to build connections in the area with fellow pet owners!
