My name is Kate Tyler and I am 18 years old. I have graduated from High school and am attending Central Washington University in the Fall to study Elementary Education. I have always loved to help and take care of others. My Aunt is a teacher and I am following in her footsteps! Working with kids is a passion of mine and I learned from being a camp counselor last summer. I am very excited to continue my journey of helping and caring for others. I have two tabby cats and 1 chihuahua mix dog. I have also had a toad in the past. I am very passionate about animals, and I always make sure my animals are taken care of. My cats Pumpkin and Marshmallow, are brothers and are very loving. My dog is a bit of a handful because my family got her at a pound, but we have been able to train her to cooperate with us. I have had some dog sitting experience that I used to do for my neighbors by taking their dog out, entertaining and feeding them. I have an American Heart Association Certification for CPR from March 2016.
