I have had dogs and cats my whole life, and have often helped friends, neighbors, and coworkers watch their pets when they go out of town. (I even stayed at someone's house to watch their chickens once!)

I am patient with animals. I love watching their unique personalities, and playing and cuddling with them. I am an athletic and active person, and I enjoy taking dogs for long walks or runs.

Growing up, my sister and I trained our dog to do all the basic skills (sit, stay, come) as well as agility. We participated in agility competitions with the dog. I think it was something all three of us - furry friend included - enjoyed a lot.
