I have pet sat before, and enjoy working with any animals, from dogs and cats to farm animals. I am good at sticking to a strict feeding schedule, or whatever makes you feel most comfortable. I exercise the animals and make sure they stay active while having fun. With dogs, I can walk them or take them to a dog park, and with cats, I will play with them until they communicate they are done. I am good at understanding animal's boundaries and listening to their body language. I will do the tasks I am assigned by the owners, and more if they're basic care. I can train basic commands in household animals, and am always up for a challenge, such as teaching a new complex trick to keep the animal enriched. I wouldn't train as a stand alone job, but I would do it on top of pet sitting, but I wouldn't do it without owner consent.
