I am a passionate and experienced pet sitter with several decades of hands-on experience caring for animals. My professional journey has had me working with the National Park service as a Wilderness Ranger, on a Backcountry Sign Crew, working with Wildlife Research, and working with trail crews. During this time, I've also been volunteering at various animal shelters and attending dog training classes, which deepened my love for animals and honed my skills in handling a wide range of breeds.

For the past year, I have co-managed a goat farm gaining valuable experience in animal behavior in various species and care: from goats, llamas, sheep, and guardian dogs. I’ve also pet-sat (and owned) sensitive, elderly dogs, and those with special needs.

I feel particularly comfortable with larger breeds, having raised several German Shepherds throughout my life. I am very comfortable walking, bathing, feeding, and handling animals of all sizes calmly, as well as cleaning kennels and maintaining a safe environment.

Additionally, my sixteen seasons with the National Park Service have provided me with extensive background checks, ensuring a trustworthy and reliable service. I genuinely enjoy caring for animals and look forward to creating a nurturing environment for your furry friends!
