I love animals more than I love people. (Did I say that out loud?) :D
I currently have two dogs and two cats. But I am in love with all animals. My oldest is a 10 year old dachshund named Doodle. He reminds me of myself so of course he's awesome (and stubborn and ornery and has OCD). Odie is a 9 1/2 year old dachshund/lab mix. People think he looks like a big weenie dog, but his personality is all lab.
I adopted a cold-blooded killer cat to help get rid of mice. She has done a great job (she used to look for them and play with them to death). She's the sweetest thing ever and I adore her! Her name is Izzy. Less than 2 years ago, my ex caught and brought home a feral kitten. We named her Charlie because at the time we didn't know what she was. It only took her a couple weeks to get acclimated. When my ex and I split, he refused to keep her and threatened to take her to the shelter, so that's how I ended up with my little zoo. She is weary of strangers, but once she knows you, she is super affectionate and sweet. She is a petite little girl but that doesn't stop her from messing with the dogs.
