My experience in the pet care industry was a natural extension of my devotion to animals.  I discovered my love of animals early in life at my grandmother’s stable and boarding kennel.  I was fortunate to be exposed to many different animals including horses, cats, and dogs.  This revelation proved to be the motivating force in my decision to make a career out of my favorite hobby.  I try to learn something new about dogs every day!
With my core interest in animals and my desire to operate a boarding kennel and pet daycare, I then worked temporarily at a kennel and assisted with daily operations.  I greatly enjoyed this experience and gained more hands-on experience with the personalities of different breeds and types of dogs.
