I have always been an animal lover. I frequently watch mainly dogs of friends, family, or neighbors. I am comfortable with most animals including dogs, cats, small animals such as guinea pigs, and have some experience with reptiles. I have a 17 year old maltese poodle, so I am comfortable with older pets as well. My dogs name is Sparkie and he is blind and may have difficulty hearing at times, as well as arthritis, I understand the extra care older dogs, or dogs with certain conditions, require and am experienced caring for these pets. I had a guinea pig for about 4 years and a lizard for 2. I cared for a stray pregnant cat that found its way into our garage, and later fully cared for her kittens when she did not return for them.
