I am currently attending UTA and my major is in psychology. However, I am in the process of switching schools( still in the metroplex area) to pursue a vet tech degree first before applying for vet school. I was raised in east Texas, with my dad being both a rancher and my ag teacher. I showed animals at the county fair, as well as, shadowed our local vet through all projects and pets that I brought in. I am a life-long pet owner and have a passion for working with animals. I am known to be the animal lady to everyone I'm around and have pet-sat for many friends and family members. I'm looking for the opportunity to work with animals to further build-up my resume and pet experience. I am first aid/cpr/aed certified. I'm flexible and pricing can be negotiated.
