Hi my name is Savion. I’m 19 years old and I am from Michigan, I live in Temple, TX. I attended Temple High School which I have recently graduated from in 2021 and am now attending Temple College for my associates in Criminal Justice. At Temple High School I studied four years of equine science, animal science, small animal management, veterinary medicine & I also was accepted into vet med practicum. Our school gave us the favor of being able to attend vet clinics every Wednesdays and assist around the clinic such as cleaning the facility and taking care of the animals. We also got to sit in and assist on clinical procedures as well such as surgeries or even just something as small as shots. In my elementary days I did grow up on a farm. I owned two rabbits back in Michigan & here in Texas I have owned three pigs due to FFA for showing at my school (breeding purposes only, no market), I also quite often pet sit my brother & uncle snakes and my brothers two frenchies, all of which are overnight. I’ve also fostered many stray kittens (on separate occasions), I have taken care of fish & birds as well as my friends bearded dragon. I occasionally would petsit my old bosses dog overnight as well. There are animals that I do feel comfortable working with alone and then there are animals I don’t feel comfortable with only because I would love to have more experience with them alone such as Horses or Cows. Animals are really my happy point and I would hope you feel comfortable enough with this knowledge to let me work with your animals! I do have a flexible schedule, I will usually adjust to your timing I just am not a morning person lol!
