Carolina is currently our full time nanny.

We reached out to Carolina to help with our toddler after having a newborn. She has been an absolute gem! My toddler took to her immediately. As a speech-language pathologist myself, I am very in tune with language and social interactions. Since working with Carolina, even though I had no concerns regarding my daughter's language skills, I have noticed that they have improved TREMENDOUSLY! Furthermore, she knows how to keep her engaged, manage her behaviors, and helps her identify her emotions and calming techniques to better regulate herself. She takes her out on walks around the neighborhood, helps with snack time, and is even beginning to talk to her about potty training. Past two days, my daughter has requested going to the potty herself even though we haven't officially begun potty training her. Days when I need to console my toddler for one inevitable reason or another, she happily cares for my newborn. I feel very blessed to have found Carolina, and highly recommend her to others.
