I absolutely adore working with animals and even though I may not have formal petsitting experience, I grew up with having many dogs and I guarantee my love for them runs deep. My current roommate just got a cat this past year, so it's been intriguing for me to learn how to care and better understand cats. I find that it's rewarding caring for animals as it brings me joy to make our furry friends feel comfortable and safe. Although I haven't worked with pets other than my own, I've worked costumer service in retail at Target and at a restaurant as a Hostess. In the future I plan to be a RN, so I'm studying Health Sciences at Texas State University where I am currently a sophomore. I'm very focused on my education which is why being a pet sitter works best for my schedule. Also, I will be obtaining a Adult & Pediatric CPR/First Aid/AED certification by the end of May 2024, which expands my opportunities to working with kids and seniors.
