Crystal does a great job helping to care for my 16 month old daughter. She is trustworthy and has great open communication. She is good at following directions, providing a creative and fun atmosphere for my daughter and most importantly makes sure my daughter is safe and loved when she is with her!
Crystal worked for me for about one summer. She took care of my daughter, then about 12 months old, and was a delight to have around. I felt completely safe leaving Crystal with my child; she is very conscientious. Walks to the park, playing outside, and real engagement with my child were hallmarks of Crystal's work for me. She was flexible, honest, and reliable.
